FIS - World Ski Championships 2024/2025

One tv has been chosen for the 2024/2025 edition of the FIS - World Ski Championships as hostbroadcaster of various stages: Val Thorens, Val D'isere, Kronplatz, Courchevel, Madonna del Campiglio, Alta Badia.

The technological novelty of this production was the choice to use the Vislink Quantum receiver for the radio cameras, an IP-native device that supports up to 16 RF inputs for robust reception, offering 4K UHD and HD decoding with HDR support. It uses HEVC and MPEG-4 compression technologies, and is compatible with SMPTE2110. Its LinkMatrix control platform allows remote management, with low video latency and support for different modulation standards such as ISDB-T, DVB-T, DVB-T2 and LMS-T.
